SHANGHAI, Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Sodexo announces that Jérôme Lemouchoux is appointed Chairman & General Manager, Greater China, effective October 1st, 2026. He will report to Sodexo APMEA CEO Nicolas Lannuzel and will join the APMEA Leadership Team.

As one of Sodexo’s strategic markets, Greater China plays a pivotal role in the Group’s long-term ambition. This appointment underscores the Group’s continued commitment to investing in the market, reinforcing its presence and accelerating sustainable development across Greater China.

In his new role, Jérôme will focus on deploying Sodexo’s Shift & Grow 2030 ambition, the Group’s roadmap to accelerate growth and enhance competitiveness. He will work with teams across Greater China to rebuild the growth engine, simplify and standardize the operating model, and reignite a high-performance culture. Leveraging Sodexo’s distinctive position across Food and Facilities Management, its service culture and technology capabilities, Jérôme will drive meaningful impact and create lasting value for clients, consumers and communities.

Jérôme brings more than 25 years of experience within Sodexo, where he has built his career across a wide range of roles, including operations, sales, strategy, marketing and digital transformation.

He has held CEO roles for more than 12 years, within Sodexo Benefits & Rewards Services (now Pluxee) in the Philippines, Belgium and Luxembourg, and as CEO of FoodChéri in France, our subsidiary focused on sustainable, healthy and innovative food solutions. In his latest role as Group VP, Business Sustainability, Jérôme contributed to embedding sustainability into operations and commercial strategy at global level, to drive both business performance and positive impact.

Throughout his career, Jérôme has built a strong track record in driving organic and external growth, as well as leading cultural and digital transformation to strengthen the client and consumer experience. His leadership style is rooted in delivering a purpose-driven mission, relying on collective intelligence and team empowerment.

Jérôme is French, speaking English and Spanish. He is married with three kids. He will be based in Shanghai, China.
