NEW YORK, Oct. 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Multiplier, the Global Exchange for Work, today launches Office Space, a new value-added service powered by WeWork India, the industry leader in the flexible workspace sector, enabling companies to give every remote employee professional workspace access through a single, seamless platform. Now, remote and distributed employees will have access to WeWork locations globally, across 600+ locations in 125+ cities and 35+ countries, managed entirely through Multiplier’s global employment solution.

The partnership integrates global workspace access directly into the employee onboarding experience, removing the administrative complexity that companies have historically faced when trying to support distributed workforces with professional workspace.

"Global employment has changed permanently. Companies are hiring talent across borders faster than ever, but the infrastructure for supporting those employees, including where they work, how they collaborate, and how they feel connected, hasn’t kept up," said Sagar Khatri, CEO and Co-founder, Multiplier. "With Office Space, we’re closing that gap. A company can hire someone in Manila, Bogotá, or Warsaw and give them access to a world-class workspace on day one, all through Multiplier. No lease. No legal complexity. No separate vendor."

Office Space is available as part of Multiplier’s Value-Added Services portfolio, which enables companies to provision benefits including health insurance, background verification, and IT asset management alongside employment services, all from a single platform. Through the workspace offering, employees can book working desks and meeting rooms at WeWork locations worldwide, directly through Multiplier.

Santosh Martin, Chief Revenue Officer, WeWork India, said, "As companies build increasingly distributed teams, access to professional workspace needs to become as flexible as the way they hire. Partnerships with global employment solutions such as Multiplier create a powerful new channel to make workspace access available to businesses and employees across markets, without adding complexity to their real estate operations. By integrating workspace into the broader employment journey, we can reach new communities of distributed workers while giving businesses a simpler, more scalable way to support their teams wherever they are."

The launch addresses one of the most consistent requests Multiplier has received from its global client base: a simple, managed way to give remote employees a proper place to work, without the cost and complexity of establishing a physical office. The service is available to all EOR employees and contractors managed through Multiplier, and is accessible through the existing onboarding flow under Benefits & Extras. While the partnership is with WeWork India, the service is available globally, across 35+ countries where WeWork operates.

The launch has particular significance for companies building teams across Asia-Pacific, Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East – regions where Multiplier has seen consistent demand for workspace support. WeWork’s network spans locations including Manila, Singapore, Seoul, Tokyo, London, Berlin, Paris, Bogotá, Tel Aviv, and Dubai, directly serving the geographies where Multiplier’s clients are growing fastest.

Office Space, powered by WeWork India, aligns with Multiplier’s broader strategic vision of becoming the ‘Global Exchange for Work’ – a platform that functions as infrastructure for global employment, connecting companies, countries, and talent through a unified layer of services that goes beyond compliance and payroll.
